Letter regarding statutory guidance from the Equality Human Rights Commission

The statutory guidance issued by the EHRC is misleading in nature and its proposed wording has already caused significant confusion and distress to my trans and non-binary constituents. I have written to the Minister for Women and Equalities asking her to reject it.
