I have once again written to the Equality and Human Rights Commission, asking questions of how they plan to monitor the impact of their new guidance, the Code of practice for services, public functions and associations. In my letter I also raise concerns about the wider implementation of the Equality Act 2010 in light of the 2025 Supreme Court judgment in For Women Scotland Ltd v The Scottish Ministers.
